Presented study included human blood from healthy people and patients with BReast CAncer gene (BRCA) mutation. We used Raman spectroscopy for BRCA mutation detection the bioanalytical characterization of pathologically changed samples. The aim this is to evaluate biomarkers distinguish samples demonstrated that a powerful technique between characterize biochemical composition applied partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) discriminate BRCA1/2 mutations control without based on vibrational features. sensitivity specificity calibration obtained directly PLS-DA are equal 94.2% 97.6% cross-validation 93.3% 97%. Our combination (Raman PLS-DA) provides quick methods reliably visualize differences in plasma. proved combined chemometric method promising tool hunting breast cancer.
